Additional Information on I-Sheet Instructions GM Service Engine Kit

Engine Installation:

• This engine kit REQUIRES a new service engine calibration prior to start up. Contact the Techline Customer

Support Center at 1-800-828-6860 (English) or 1-800-503-3222 (French) to receive the REQUIRED service

calibration update for the L3B engine installation.

• When installing a new service engine, replace CABLE ASM-BAT NEG CBL EXTN with part included in the kit.

• All transferred components must be clean, free of defects or any damage.

• Reference the service manual repair instructions for proper cleaning, inspection, and replacement procedures.
