SITUATION
After the software update to version …25-07-5XX, currently connected Bluetooth devices are not able to
automatically reconnect to the head unit 6 (HU-H6).
CAUSE
Software improvements to the Bluetooth connection setup protocols.
CORRECTION
Bluetooth devices must be deleted and manually reconnected to the HU-H6.
PROCEDURE
Bluetooth connection protocols have been improved with I-level …25-7-5XX. New parameters improve
connections by dividing the platform protocol for connectivity from one protocol into two separate systems
for telephony and wireless services.
Due to the extensive revision of the connectivity platform, previously connected Bluetooth devices will not be
able to interface with the new protocols using the original connection information. The Bluetooth devices
require an update of the connection information by initiating a new connection.
Delete the paired Bluetooth devices in the Mobile Devices app, then reconnect the device in the same app.
