The trailer tow hitch is also available as a factory installed option for new vehicles by requesting optional

equipment "1D6 = Trailer tow hitch without ball joint".

Note on increasing the traction and tongue weight:

For all Macan 4, Macan 4S and Macan Turbo vehicles, there will be a new installation kit with the maximum

traction load (braked) increased to 2,500 kg (5511 lbs) and the maximum tongue weight (ground floor)

increased to 250 kg (551 lbs) from Q1/2026. Until then, only the current installation kit with the current

values can be offered. For all Macan 4, Macan 4S and Macan Turbo vehicles on the market, an offer to
