SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mechanical Requested Dress Code

WARNING:

➢ Dress properly to avoid personal injury and damage to the

vehicle

Always wear protective clothing

Do not wear any worn or loose-fitting clothing

Remove jewelry before starting to work

In case of long hair, use hairnet

The illustration on the left shows some of the correct and

incorrect clothing

scratch vehicle (i.e. belts, watches, necklace)

2. Protect Seats when Mechanic Starts Working
✓ Seats, trimming, upholstery stuff and carpeting should be

protected with appropriate coverings.
3. Welding on the Chassis

a. Always disconnect the batteries (starting with the negative lead).

b. Disconnect the connectors of electrical and electronic equipment (electronic control

units, sensors and actuators) if they are less than 2 meters away from the chassis

part to be welded or the earth terminal of the welding equipment.

c. The earth terminal should never be attached to vehicle components such as engine,

axles and springs. Arcing on these parts is not permitted, because of the risk of

damage to bearings, springs, etc.

d. The earth terminal must make good contact and be placed as close as possible to

the part to be welded.

e. Plastic pipes, rubber parts and parabolic springs should be well protected against

welding spatter and temperatures higher than 70°.

f. The contact switch must not be in the accessory or contact position. The contact key

should be removed.

g. Reconnect in reversed order of disconnecting. Ensure that a good earth connection

is made between chassis, engine and cab.

Important Note: -Please read the instructions carefully before installing the software-The software mentioned above are up to date software. If there is previously published bullettin for these

vehicles, please refer to this bullettin and install these software.

-It is essential to install the “Setup_MVP12_GC_patch_Display.exe” file prior to installing the Multivui

software.

-Before downloading the ZR5 software; you have to check, which program variant is installed on the

vehicle. If “TS04-LC3-... or TS02-LC3-…” is installed then you should download “TS04-LC3-002”.

If “TS05-LC3-... or TS03-LC3-…” is installed then you should download “TS05-LC3-003”

-To download ZR5 Kibes software, your computer must have Logicad3.014.2

-To be online for option page on ZR5 software, you can connect 1000Kbaud rate

-Please note option selections before installing ZR5 software. If the options are reset, after installing,

reselect the same options.

-To download TS02-MV-… software, your computer must have Logi.CAD58

-To download TS00-MV3-… software, your computer must have Logicad3.009.4

Uploading the up-to-date program(ZR5):

1- Park the vehicle to an area which is proper to work.
2- To install the ZR5 software, locate the KIBES socket next to the OBD socket by looking at the label on

the cover.

3- Connect one end of the KIBES cable to the CANanalyzer or Peak cable and the other end to the KIBES

diagnostic socket. Connect the CANanalyzer or Peak output to the computer. Make sure that the KIBES

dongle is inserted to your computer.

4- Install the ZR5 software on the vehicle as described in the images. Turn the ignition switch on. Do not

start the engine.

2-Connect your computer to the vehicle by using the CANalyzer interface. Plug the USB part into your

computer and connect your CAN cable to the 9 pinned OBD port with the D pin low and the C pin high.
