SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mechanical Requested Dress Code

WARNING:

 Dress properly to avoid personal injury and damage to the

vehicle










Always wear protective clothing

Do not wear any worn or loose-fitting clothing

Remove jewelry before starting to work

In case of long hair, use hairnet

The illustration on the left shows some of the correct and

incorrect clothing

 Sharp edged items should be avoided in order not to

scratch vehicle (i.e. belts, watches, necklace)
2. Protect Seats when Mechanic Starts Working
 Seats, trimming, upholstery stuff and carpeting should be

protected with appropriate coverings.
3. Welding on the Chassis

a. Always disconnect the batteries (starting with the negative lead).

b. Disconnect the connectors of electrical and electronic equipment (electronic control

units, sensors and actuators) if they are less than 2 meters away from the chassis

part to be welded or the earth terminal of the welding equipment.

c. The earth terminal should never be attached to vehicle components such as engine,

axles and springs. Arcing on these parts is not permitted, because of the risk of

damage to bearings, springs, etc.

d. The earth terminal must make good contact and be placed as close as possible to

the part to be welded.

e. Plastic pipes, rubber parts and parabolic springs should be well protected against

welding spatter and temperatures higher than 70°.

f. The contact switch must not be in the accessory or contact position. The contact key

should be removed.

g. Reconnect in reversed order of disconnecting. Ensure that a good earth connection

is made between chassis, engine and cab.

Air Conditioner Water Drain Fixing Bracket Installation Material Applications

1. Assembly: RP221092Y: Parcel Assembly

From the RP221092Y, the multisets numbered RP221625Y will be disassembled in the provided

sequence and place below. These multisets are the ones near evaporators of the A/C system.

Multisets to be disassembled

 Left Side: 3rd, 5th, 10th and 12th when counted from the entrance of the vehicle.

 Right Side: 3rd, 5th, 10th and 12th when counted from the entrance of the vehicle.

2. Assembly: RP221092Y: Parcel Assembly

The nut, part number: NK100001Y, on clip numbered MA275759Y will be disassembled at the

junctions defined below.




Left side: Where the drain hose part no: 9690-74_74Y and the H-adaptor part no: 9662-99Y meet.

Right side: Where the drain hose part no: 9690-74_73Y and the H-adaptor part no: 9662-99Y meet.
It should be noted that, for some locations, at the junction specified, there are two clips, part no:

MA275759Y; the nut on the one indicated in below image should be disassembled.

4. Assembly: RP221092Y: Parcel Assembly

When the nut numbered NK100001Y on MA275759Y is removed, the bracket numbered 932610950Y will be installed onto, the clips with bolt numbered 5356-LGE-05-06Y and the corresponding nut

numbered NK100001Y. Ensure that the installation is performed with the 9662-99Y positioned parallel to

the horizontal plane, with 9326-10950Y‘s longer section oriented on top.

Example installation position and orientation are illustrated in the image below and installation steps are

given. Additionally, a real application image is provided as well.

cables under the bracket, and the bracket pushes down to the specified location in the above figure
