Summary
Pre-Delivery Service (PDS) is a critical step in satisfying our new car customers. Customer feedback indicates the following areas deserve special attention when performing PDS: •Careful inspection for paint chips/scratches and body dents/dings. •Proper operation of electrical accessories (including interior light, clock, and radio reset). •Interior cleanliness. •Proper function of mechanical systems. The PDS process helps identify potential vehicle concerns before customer delivery. After completing the PDS process, maintain accurate PDS records by ensuring the required documents listed below are completed and recorded in accordance with Lexus Warranty Policy. •GTS+ Health Check •Completed PDS Check Sheet •Battery Charge Test Print Out •GTS+ Tire Pressure Information Customer retention and proper maintenance of vehicles are and have always been a major focus for Lexus. To help remind customers that regular service is essential to the proper maintenance of the vehicle, dealers are required to install a service reminder sticker before delivery. By doing this, customers will be reminded to return to your dealership for service. Your current service reminder sticker may be used. This bulletin contains the PDS procedures that apply specifically to the 2026 model year UX 300h. Refer to L-PDSB-CS001-D the universal Check Sheet that contains PDS steps that apply to all 2026 model year Lexus vehicles. To properly perform a complete PDS, you must complete all procedures contained in this TSB as well as the PDS Check Sheet. In addition, if the vehicle is stored for over 30 days, refer to L-SB-0011-25, Long-Term Vehicle Storage Guidelines.

2. Screw the two self-tapping screws directly into the dimples to install the front license plate
mounting bracket.
NOTICE
• Do NOT pre-drill holes into the dimples on the front bumper cover.
• Do NOT overtighten the self-tapping screws.
3. Install the front license plate onto the mounting bracket using two noncorroding bolts
with the following dimensions:
Nominal Length: 15.0 mm (0.59 in.)
Diameter: 6.0 mm (0.24 in.)

Front and Rear Emergency Towing Eyelet Removal and Hole Cover Installation
1. Remove the front and rear emergency
towing eyelets from the front and rear
bumpers by turning them counterclockwise.

2. Place one of the removed emergency towing eyelets into the luggage tray in the
luggage compartment.
NOTE
Dispose of the other two removed emergency towing eyelets.

Installation of Rubber Body Plugs
1. Confirm the number of plugs in the glove box. If two plugs are present, perform
substep 2A ONLY. If four plugs are present, perform substep 2A AND substep 2B.
2. Install plugs according to the instructions below by confirming the number of plugs in the
glove box.
A. Install two plugs in the rear side member hole or rocker inner hole as shown.
B. Install two plugs in the torque box hole or rocker inner hole as shown.

NOTE
• When the outside temperature is significantly colder than the shop’s temperature, or there is a
significant ambient temperature change overnight, use GTS+ to determine the proper tire pressure.
• From the Health Check Result Status pane, select the refresh button within the Compensation
Pressure data display.
• This model has four TPWS sensors.
Seating Position Control ECU Initialization
Refer to the applicable Repair Manual for the seating position control ECU initialization
procedure (procedure 2).

Prior to vehicle delivery confirm radio displays the welcome screen with language options when
Ignition is ON.
If the welcome screen with language options does not display complete the following steps:

Customize ACC Function
The pre-startup function detects when a user enters the vehicle and energizes the audio head
unit (+BA) so that the multimedia system can quickly be used. This function is not enabled at the
factory to reduce parasitic current draw in transit and storage. To enable this function, it is
necessary to set the ACC customization function in the audio head unit display to OFF before
vehicle delivery. This can be done through the audio head unit or using GTS+ software.
When using the audio head unit:
1. Turn the engine switch (power switch) to the ON position (ON mode).
2. Enter the following menus: Settings – Vehicle Customization – Utility – ACC Customize.
3. Change the setting to OFF (toggle to left).
When using GTS+:
1. Turn the engine switch (power switch) to the ON position (ON mode).
2. Connect GTS+ and enter the following menus: Customize – Others.
3. Change the Accessory Mode (ACC) Transition setting to “Invalid”, select Apply.
Deletion of Vehicle Alert History
As the D/C Cut fuse is removed, the communication between the various ECUs is interrupted.
When the D/C Cut fuse is reinstalled, the communication status is restored, but Lexus Enform
Service Connect may store malfunction history in the form of vehicle alert history. Therefore, it is
necessary to operate the multi-display and delete the vehicle alert history AFTER installing the
D/C Cut fuse during PDS at the dealership.
Deletion Procedure
1. Turn the engine switch (power switch) to the ON position (ON mode).
2. Enter the Following menus: Vehicle – Vehicle Alert.
3. If there is vehicle alert history present, use the delete button to the right of the alert.
HINT
If there is no vehicle alert history stored, the screen will indicate “There are no vehicle alert
messages at this time.”
4. A Banner will display confirming “Deleted vehicle alert information.”

Navigation — Set Date & Time by GPS
Prior to vehicle delivery, it is necessary to turn the Set date & time by GPS setting to the
ON position.
1. Turn the engine switch (power switch) to the ON position (ON mode).
2. Navigate the following menus in the head unit: Settings – General – Date & Time –
Set Date & Time by GPS.
3. Ensure the Set date & time by GPS function is set to the ON position.
