SITUATION

BMW AG has issued a Delivery Stop (effective December 3, 2025) on certain Model Year 2024 - 2026 BMW

vehicles that were produced between October 9, 2023, and October 21, 2025.

Do not deliver to a customer a New, Certified Pre-Owned or Used vehicle subject to a Delivery Stop,

until the vehicle is repaired. Do not use or sell replacement equipment/parts subject to a Delivery

Stop.

Through quality checks, it has been detected that the front left water drain hose for the slide/tilt sunroof is

not connected.
CAUSE

A possibly unconnected sunroof front left drain hose can cause water ingress via the A-pillar. As a result, the

floor, trim, and other components in the area of the left A-pillar may be damaged.
CORRECTION

1. Re-attach the disconnected front left water drain hose for the sunroof.

2. Check the area of the vehicle for water ingress and renew the water damaged components.

Note: The right front drain hose is already properly attached and is not affected.
