Whats New Abstract
DPF Delta Pressure Sensor part number 2200138 for MX-11 engines has been added to this warranty
policy.

Introduction
U.S. & Canada Federal emissions regulates that the warranty coverage is a period of ten (10) years or
435,000 miles (700,000 km) or 22,000 engine hours from the original warranty registration date,
whichever comes first, for these specific components on the EMY2022 PACCAR MX-11 and MX-13
Engines. PACCAR has implemented the extension and it is effective retroactively unless the part is listed
as ineligible for reimbursement below.

01/27/2026 – DPF Delta Pressure Sensor part number 2200138 for MX-11 engines has been added to
this warranty policy.
08/19/2025 – Fuel injector pump part number 2185361 for MX-13 engines has been added to this
warranty policy.

For reimbursement of past repairs, unless noted above as not eligible, file a claim in accordance
with the warranty procedure manual.
Attach an invoice and receipt to the claim to document the repair and payment made.
In addition, attach receipt of reimbursement made to customer for the initial invoice/costs of repair.
Retroactive claims without these items will be denied.

Warranty
The emissions warranty will cover the repair costs for any failure of an emissions-related part described
in this bulletin that results under normal use and service, caused by a warrantable failure, which must be

the result of a defect in material and/or factory workmanship. Reimbursement will include:
• Parts
• Labor
• Consumables (when not reusable)

not have Extended Emissions
Coverage under this bulletin.

PROACTIVE REPAIRS ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS PROGRAM
Towing will only be covered if 'engine' emission component failure occurs within the base engine period
of 24 months/250,000 miles/6,250 hours, whichever comes first. Outside of base engine coverage,
towing and travel are excluded.
PACCAR will pay for reasonable labor costs for engine removal and reinstallation when necessary to
repair a warrantable failure.
The emissions warranty is retroactive and applies to qualifying warrantable failures that customers have

already had repaired at their expense.

This letter has been sent to inform you that Peterbilt Motors Company has extended the
warranty coverage on certain emissions components installed on your vehicle(s). Your
vehicle(s) contain(s) one or more of the parts listed in this letter. No action is needed on
your part.
The Emissions Warranty Coverage for the components listed in the table below has been
extended to 10 years, 435,000 vehicle miles/700,000 km, or 22,000 engine hours from the
original warranty registration date, whichever comes first.
