Whats New Abstract
The repair procedure removes the aftermarket change request, adds GHG label inspection, and directs
dealers to open a TCS365 case to order new labels. Warranty codes for inspection and label
replacement have been updated.
Certain Battery Electric Vehicles that are subject to California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulations
have GHG labels that are missing the CARB Enhanced EV and FCEV Statement.
Revision

Condition
The GHG label on affected chassis must be replaced by 02/06/2026 to be in compliance with regulatory
standards.

40 US vehicle model year 2025-2026 K270 / K370 / T680 Battery Electric Vehicles manufactured
between 11/03/2022 and 11/20/2024 that are subject to CARB regulations.

Campaign
Service all chassis affected that enter your dealership, even if the customer has no issue with the
chassis.
1. Review the attached chassis list for your dealer code and schedule your customer(s) for service if
their chassis is on the list.
2. In Service Management, select campaign 46-024 to add it to the case. If the unit is released back
into service without performing the repair, make sure to also release the campaign in Service
Management.
3. If you are not using Service Management to start repair orders, review SIR for Complete next to the
46-024 campaign code prior to performing this repair.

4. Follow the procedures in the Attachments section to remove and replace the GHG label.
Warranty
Starting on 12/30/2025 Kenworth will pay for parts at dealer net plus applicable mark-up and labor:
e 0.3 hours of labor to remove and replace the GHG label and take photos of the old and new labels
per the bulletin procedures. Select Recommended Repair Code 46-024A.
e 0.1 hours of labor to inspect the current GHG label for the required verbiage with no replacement
required. Select Recommended Repair Code 46-024B.
e File an additional claim for extraordinary circumstances. A recommended repair for standard labor
must be filed first.
