Summary
This Technical Service Bulletin describes the verification and resolution steps for the mobile generator control module calibration which may contain a defect, resulting in the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) Inlet Temperature parameter value reading not being visible on the HMI display and a delay of approximately 49 minutes to display the correct DEF Tank level reading following a calibration download to the control module.

Issue
Symptom:
Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) Inlet Temperature parameter value reading is not visible on the HMI display
Low Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) Tank level reading displayed on the HMI immediately after the generator set is turned on following a calibration download to the
Electronic Control Module (ECM). The ECM waits approximately 49 minutes to display the correct DEF Tank level reading.
Root Cause:
Previously the SCR Inlet Temperature was not enabled to be displayed on the HMI and there was a delay in the DEF tank level reading
Verification/Confirmation
T4F X15 units with CM2350 calibration(s) listed in table 1 have the issue described in the issue section. Refer to the resolution section for more information about a new
calibration release.

A new calibration release is available enabling the SRC inlet temperature to be displayed on the HIM and correct the DEF tank level delay. Table 2 lists the new
calibration(s) released for T4F X15 units with CM2350.
