SERVICE:

If the charge lid is hard to open/close, begin with replacing the actuator in the lock mechanism.

Follow replacement instruction, see attachment TJI-528944-1_1_1_en-US.pdf.

The actuator comes as a spare part kit, part number 32399263.

Note! Do not use high pressure air to blow out dust from the lid or use any type of lubrication.

This could attract additional dust and dirt in the spring and it will not solve the symptom.
