The customer complains that the side assist issues warnings for no reason about vehicles in the blind spot. The light

in the exterior mirror on the corresponding side of the vehicle lights up.
Workshop findings:
The complaint can usually be reproduced in the workshop.

Reflections in the bumper carrier.

Service
Close off the openings on both sides of the bumper carrier. Use the available caps/aluminum adhesive tape for this.

For the version without a towing bracket, please also seal off the openings on the top of the bumper

carrier (see Figure 3). Please use a commercially available aluminum adhesive tape to do this.
