Concerns:
Front seat (passenger side)
Cause:
Due to a faulty crimping connection of the seat cushion heating, the seat occupancy detection for

the passenger side can activate a failsafe mode that deactivates the airbag on the passenger seat. If

the activated airbag warning signal or the warning message "passenger airbag OFF" is ignored by the

passenger and the passenger does not move to another seat position or leaves the vehicle, the protection

of the front airbag system is not fully available to the passenger in the event of an accident. This increases

the risk of injury to the passenger on the passenger seat.
Action:
Replaced the seat cushion with the integrated seat occupancy detection (passenger side).
