Update 1/26/26 - Information on Park Position Hook

Please be advised that for vehicles affected by WRF1, the parking position hook already available for 911 GT3

(992.2) can be used in such a way that partial removal of the 3-point belt is no longer required when using a 6point belt.

The parking position hook is now available as a spare part via the Porsche Parts Catalogue (PET) and can be

purchased by the affected customers. The current part # is 9GT857839.

Issue Description
If a 6-point belt is used on the race track in conjunction with the Porsche sports bucket seat, the unfastened 3-point belt can prevent the side airbag from unfolding in the event of an accident.

In the separate Driver's Manual for the optional 6point belt, a reference is therefore made to remove

the 3-point belt in this case.
What should Porsche Centers do?
On vehicles where the campaign is open, please arrange for the Owner's Manual Supplement to be ordered and supplied to customers during the next workshop visit.

Please note that owners with a valid mailing address

have already been sent this supplement with the attached letter via mail and the campaign was then closed. There are only a small number of vehicles where

the campaign is still open, which corresponds to customers that PCNA was unable to reach by mail. For

these vehicles, the supplement WKD95100B2125 can

be ordered via PPL for $0.01 and the campaign closed.

As of the time of this posting (1/9/26), the remedy

is immediately available.
