VDCM (Vehicle Dynamics Control Module) (formerly #767)
This new software modifies the behavior of the air compressor, preventing the DTC 55A100 (unable to obtain
desired ride height) set in VDCM and avoiding unwanted lowering of the vehicle.

Operating Procedure :
1.

Using MD-Evo, perform the VDCM – ECU programming update.

Software version to be installed (or newer).

After the upgrade, run BCM – Procedures – PROXI Alignment .
After the PROXI alignment, exclusively for BEV vehicles, please follow these steps:








Close the MD-Evo application and disconnect the MDVCI2
Disconnect the Battery Maintainer from the 12V battery
Perform Key OFF
Make sure the hood, trunk and all doors are properly closed.
Wait for power latch (wait until the dashboard clock is off)
NOTE: Let the car go into sleep mode for 10 minutes
Reconnect the Battery Maintainer to the 12V battery
Perform Key ON
Reconnect the MDVCI2, restart the MD-Evo application and clear the DTCs
Run a loop key (Key OFF and Key ON)

Press “ Execute ” during the pre- procedures :

Using MD-EVO, clear DTCs.
NOTE : Following the update, in very rare cases, the following message may appear on the screen.

This message does not indicate any technical problems with the car and simply suggests that an extra
urban cycle should be performed at cruising speed to facilitate spontaneous GPF regeneration.
Technically, this message is activated when the GPF is about 50% full, in a non-critical condition. In some
cases, the message may appear on pre-delivery vehicles if frequent cold engine start/stop cycles have
been performed. Again, this message is to be regarded as a technical suggestion and should in no way be
seen as a vehicle malfunction.
The reason why this warning has been implemented in this new software version is to inform the customer in
good time so that the vehicle can be kept in perfect working order. Therefore, no further action is required
by the workshop should this message appear following the update. TCM SW Update (some MY23 only) We
also ask you to inform the customer of both the new warning function and the possible need to drive an
extra-urban cycle. For this reason, any request for supplementary work under warranty concerning this issue
will be rejected.
4.

If the affected vehicle also requires a TCM software update (action “ ECM + TCM Software Updates ”), proceed
with the instructions on the next page “TCM Software Update”. Otherwise, the procedure is complete.

1. Using MD-EVO, perform the update: TCM – ECU Programming .

Software Update (formerly #792)
The software update is intended to optimize the sensitivity of the PRND controls, preventing
potential issues where the desired gear may not engage without repeated button presses. The
updated software ensures a more precise and immediate response from the gear selection
system.

Operating Procedure:
1. Using MD-EVO, perform the AGSM – ECU Programming update .
The following (or later) software must be installed

2. After the upgrade, run BCM – Procedures – PROXI Alignment .
3. After the PROXI alignment, exclusively for BEV vehicles, please follow these steps:

Close the MD-Evo application and disconnect the MDVCI2
