CUSTOMER
SYMPTOM:

The customer may comment on one or more of the following:
● All door trim panels have the wrong applique installed.
● Right front door has the wrong memory seat switch closeout bezel installed.

CAUSE:

Improperly built door panels due to lack of correct materials

This Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) has also been released as a Rapid Service Update (RSU) 26-030,
date of issue February 12, 2026. All applicable RSU VINs have been loaded. To verify this RSU service
action is applicable to the vehicle, use VIP or perform a VIN search in DealerCONNECT/Service Library.
All repairs are reimbursable within the provisions of warranty.
REPAIR SUMMARY:
This bulletin involves replacing applique on all door panels and the front right door panel closeout bezel.

DIAGNOSIS:
If a customers VIN is listed in VIP or your RSU VIN list, perform the repair. If any vehicle not on the VIN list
exhibits any of the symptom listed above in the customer symptom section, perform the Repair Procedure.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
1. Remove both front door trim panels. Refer to the detailed service procedures listed in DealerCONNECT>
Service Library under: 23 - Body / Doors - Front / Panel, Door Trim / Removal.
2. Remove nine screws securing the door applique to the door panel assembly for both front doors Fig. 1.

3. Remove and DISCARD both front door panel appliques.
4. Remove five LED light bar screws on the right front door panel Fig. 2.

5. Remove five screws securing the closeout bezel to the right front door panel Fig. 3.

6. Remove and DISCARD the right front door closeout bezel. Keep the memory seat switch.
7. Transfer the memory seat switch to the new closeout bezel.
8. Install the NEW right front door closeout bezel to the right front door trim assembly and secure using five
screws Fig. 3.
9. Install five screws securing the LED light bar to the right front door panel Fig. 2.
10. Install a NEW door applique to both front door trim panels and secure using nine screws Fig. 1.
11. Install both front door panels. Refer to the detailed service procedures listed in DealerCONNECT> Service
Library under: 23 - Body / Doors - Front / Panel, Door Trim / Installation.
12. Remove both rear door trim panels. Refer to the detailed service procedures listed in DealerCONNECT>
Service Library under: 23 - Body / Doors - Rear / Panel, Door Trim / Removal.

13. Remove ten screws securing the door applique to the rear door panel for both rear doors Fig. 4.

14. Remove and DISCARD the door applique for both rear doors.
15. Install a NEW door applique to each rear door panel and secure using ten screws Fig. 4.
16. Install both rear door trim panels. Refer to the detailed service procedures listed in DealerCONNECT>

17. Clear DTCs.
