Summary

Some 2021-2026 F-150 and 2024-2026 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with one-touch up/down front windows may exhibit a window not responding to one-touch controls and/or bouncing back when using the one-touch close function.<br /> <br /> For vehicles included in Field Service Action (FSA) 25P35 and/or 26P02, perform repairs as directed by the FSA(s).<br /> <br /> For 2021-2026 vehicles not included in the FSA(s), reprogram the driver door module (DDM) and the passenger door module (PDM) using the latest software level of Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool according to the Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 501-11 for normal diagnostics and testing direction by symptom. For claiming, use causal part 14B291 and labor operation MT14B291SSM.

Summary

Some 2023-2026 F-Super Duty vehicles may exhibit rain sensitive wipers (if equipped) settings that do not change when selected in the center touch screen. Vehicles may also exhibit an inoperative heated steering wheel (if equipped) after a remote start event. This may be due to the software in the steering column control module (SCCM). To correct the condition, reprogram the SCCM using the latest software version of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. For claiming, use causal part 3F791 and labor operation 12651D.

Summary

Some 2025-2026 Escape/Maverick/Bronco Sport vehicles equipped with an 8-inch instrument panel cluster (IPC) display may exhibit a condition where the fuel gauge displays up to the 8th mark below full fuel level when the fuel tank is full. This condition does not affect vehicle durability and no additional diagnosis or service is required at this time. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected by the end of Q2 2026. Replacement/reprogramming of the IPC will not resolve this condition. Monitor PTS for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available. If this condition is encountered, enter a vehicle identification number (VIN) and click the "Submit Global Concern Report (GCR)" link at the upper right of the PTS "Vehicle ID" screen. Fill out the GCR form, referencing this article number in the report.
