GENUINE MOTOR PARTS AND ACCESSORIES BULLETIN PAB1174: SCREAMIN EAGLE STAGE KITS (I-IV) FITMENT HOLD. PURPOSE: Initial Release. This bulletin informs dealers that Harley-Davidson has identified an interaction issue between the Screamin' Eagle Pro StreetTuner and the software on certain 2026 vehicles that does not meet our performance standards. To ensure the highest quality experience for our customers, we are placing a temporary fitment hold on Screamin' Eagle Stage I-IV kits for certain 2026 vehicles. For the affected vehicles, there may be a loss of communication between the Screamin' Eagle Pro Street Tuner and the vehicle during the calibration reflash process. If this occurs, the vehicle will be unable to crank or start immediately after this error and will require reprogramming at the dealership using Digital Technician II (DT II) to correct the concern. Contact Technical Service if this concern is found and to walk through the recovering process from the error. Our current estimated timeline to lift this hold is February 28, 2026. Harley-Davidson remains committed to delivering an exceptional experience with Screamin' Eagle accessories and will provide regular updates to keep you informed of progress and any changes to availability.
