Summary
Some 2025 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with one-touch up/down front windows may exhibit a window not responding to one-touch controls, does not open all the way and/or bounces back when using the one-touch close function. This may be due to a calibration parameter in the driver door module (DDM) and/or passenger door module (PDM). To correct the condition, reprogram the DDM and PDM using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. If the symptom remains, refer to WSM, Section 501-11 for normal diagnostics outside of this article. For claiming, use causal part number 14B291 and labor operations 12651D and 12651D4 of the Service Labor Times Standard (SLTS) Manual.

Summary
Some 2025-2026 Navigator vehicles may experience condensation buildup within the reversing lamp assembly (rear light bar - service base part number 13A565) when exposed to cold temperatures. Condensation does not affect the function or performance of the reversing lamp assembly. Refer to the Exterior Lighting Concern Analysis GSB (General Service Bulletin) to determine if replacement is recommended. If lamp condensation levels do not meet the GSB condensation lamp replacement criteria (lamp does not exhibit; non-impact related cracks/damage, water streaking down the inside of the lamp or water pooling on the inside bottom of the lamp) reversing lamp assembly replacement is not recommended. New reversing lamp assemblies are not expected to improve condensation performance over the original assemblies on vehicles that do not exhibit replacement criteria symptoms previously mentioned. Engineering is aware of this condition and is investigating a service solution which is expected to be available by October 2026. Schedule an appointment with the customer when the repair is made available. Monitor Profession

Summary
Some 2025-2026 Escape vehicles may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P0073 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM) and/or B1B38 stored in the body control module (BCM). The vehicle may also exhibit no ambient air temperature reading shown in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) and/or center display screen. This may be due to a pinched, chafed, or severed wiring harness 15K867. To inspect the suspect area of the harness for damage, turn the steering wheel to the left and remove the four lower push pins from the front passenger side fender liner. Gently fold the liner inward and visually inspect the visible portion of harness 15K867 below the passenger side headlamp and follow the harness down behind the visible parts behind the front parking aid sensors.
