Summary
We get a power reduced code and the truck shuts down while driving. We have to pull over and put it in park and restart it. When we are on the freeway we can’t get over we put it in neutral and turn off the truck and restart it. It is very scary and dangerous! This has been happening since June of 2025.

Summary
I was driving on a highway on my way home from work. Thank god there was not a lot of traffic because my truck just shut off lost all power, then I received a message on the dash to put on neutral and restart. I tried multiple times to turn it back on. It never turned on and had to get it towed to nearest dealership. It took them a week to inform that the engine locked up even though I tried to take it for the recall they told me to wait and reschedule the appointment. Never got a new appointment until the engine failed and I got it towed to the dealership and have also not received a new kind of loaner from GM. This will be my last GMC truck I purchase.

This is my 2nd report to NHTSA and the 3 rd time in one year that this has happened to my 2024 Rav 4. It’s raining and I just pulled in to a Publix parking lot and not even 5 minutes of me sitting here preparing to go into the store my engine starts sputtering and shuts off. I’ve taken my vehicle to a Toyota dealership both previous times and they said they didn’t find anything

Summary
Vehicle: 2023 Lexus RX350 (Certified Pre-Owned) Ownership Duration: ~3 months Incident Description On February 1, 2026, the sunroof glass of my vehicle shattered inward into the cabin without any collision or known external force. The vehicle was parked on the street next to a residential garage entrance, with no trees or overhead objects nearby. I have photographs documenting the shattered sunroof. No alerts were received on my mobile app at the time. The vehicle remained stationary and was not operated until delivered to the dealership. Around February 2–3, my mobile app indicated vehicle activity, confirming the dealership accessed or connected diagnostic equipment while the vehicle was in their possession. They never disclosed inspection results or technical findings. Dealership and Manufacturer Response February 2, 2026: Vehicle delivered to authorized Lexus dealership; advised to contact manufacturer. February 13, 2026: Lexus North America phone call – warranty/goodwill coverage denied. February 19, 2026: Dealership confirmed repair not covered. Email to service manager requesting inspection findings, diagnostic conclusions, and written denial – no response. February 20, 2026: In-person visit; dealership refused to provide inspection results, stating vehicle was received broken and I could pay for repair or take it unrepaired. Repair Order (R/O) stated: “Probably due to outside influence.” No evidence or technical explanation was provided. Safety Concern The sunroof glass shattered inward, presenting a direct hazard to occupants. The failure occurred within three months of CPO purchase, raising concerns about inspection process and sunroof integrity. This may indicate a broader defect affecting other vehicles with similar sunroof systems. Current Status Vehicle is under repair at my expense despite lack of confirmed cause or documented findings. Evidence Photographs of shattered sunroof Repair Order from dealership Mobile app records

Driving around a fire hazard Jeep. Jeep offer no rental even if it fails the 68c. Called Jeep dealership times and will not take in Jeep for recall. Jeep needs this recall done asap and offer a rental if need be. Rental reimbursement is a nightmare with stellantis and could be up to 2 month. If jeep wants to get a lawsuit from one day the battery catches fire then rather getting it fixed now then I know they have deep pockets

Brand new ram 2500 has way too much travel in the brake pedal. I've researched it online and supposedly this has been an issue for years. Hopefully ram recalls it and fixes the issue. As of now I feel like if I had a load or towing something without brakes in a trailer I would be scared

Summary
While driving on highway under 40mph, the brakes and steering wheel locked simultaneously. I was unable to control the car—pressing the foot brake and emergency brake did not stop the car and I could not steer as the wheel was locked. I ended up on the side of the road alongside a wall of snow. The dashboard was lighting up throughout this time with rotating emergency messaging—TPMS, transmission, brake system, flat tire, etc. There were no warning messages displayed and complete control of the car was taken away without warning. It was 530am so I was lucky there was no one else on the road or else this could have led to a fatal accident. The car was towed to the dealer and they said it was an electronic brake booster that went bad, but are unsure if this caused both the brake and steering failure. The dealer has not been transparent or helpful. They initially said there was nothing wrong with the car and that it was safe to drive. I reported it to Honda corporate and they have not gotten back—triaged as level 1 incident due to severity.

Summary
I am filing a formal safety complaint regarding my 2017 Ram 1500. The Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) module has been non-functional for approximately one year. I have been informed the replacement part has been on national backorder for nearly two years, with no clear timeline for repair. The ABS system is a critical safety component designed to prevent wheel lock-up, maintain steering control during emergency braking, and reduce stopping distances in wet or icy conditions. Without a functioning ABS module, the vehicle is at increased risk of skidding, loss of steering control, and extended stopping distances. In a full-size pickup truck, this creates a substantial risk of serious injury or death to occupants and others on the road. Additionally, related systems such as traction control and electronic stability control may be compromised. Online owner forums indicate this is an ongoing issue affecting many Stellantis-built vehicles, including Ram 1500 models. While recalls have been issued for other model years for braking-related defects, no recall has been issued for the 2017 model year despite similar failures. It is unacceptable for a manufacturer to leave owners operating vehicles with a known safety defect while critical braking components remain unavailable for extended periods. If a safety system cannot be repaired within a reasonable timeframe, regulatory intervention is warranted. I respectfully request that NHTSA investigate this matter and determine whether a recall is necessary. Should an accident, injury, or fatality occur due to this unresolved ABS defect, the manufacturer should be held accountable.

Summary
I have a Hybrid version of the 2023 Corolla in the SE trim. Everytime the car is cold (engine just started), and I'm pressing the brake, I can hear some clicking noises similar to a CV Axle noise when they are bad. That braking noise goes away as the car heat up. The noise is sensitive to speed, it changes frequency with it. I haven't experience loss of brakes but I'm concerned with the noise and the possibility of it.
