Summary

I had a complete engine failure that I had to pay out-of-pocket for I really think that this vehicle should’ve been included in the 2021 and beyond engine recall for 6.2 GMC Sierra‘s. I drove to work one morning Fein after work I turned my vehicle on, and the engine started shaking violently and smoke coming out of my exhaust like I’ve never seen it before dealer said engine was completely blown and had to be repaired again I paid for this out of my own pocket. It is now coming to my attention that this vehicle is being looked at as an engineering analysis in line with the recall for the 2021 in above GMC Sierra‘s what do I need to do?

Vehicle stalled in busy intersection in McKinney Texas , unable to start are shift into a neutral position on transmission to remove from extreme dangerous intersection, sheriff advised that road side assistance that was contacted is not going to be in time (90min)to keep from causing an ongoing traffic backup , sheriff dispatched their own towing service to resolve the situation from getting extremely dangerous .vehicle and my wife was towed to McKinney Buick gmc dealership.

THe rear camera displays vertical lines. The camera has been replaced, the tailgate wiring harness has been replaced. The wiring integrity has been verified by Ford technician. The code B115E-08 is diagnosed. Ford wants $1000 to 'replace ' the camera.???? I bought a new camera. Its NOT a faulty camera. There are 100,000+ 2017 Ford truck recalls for this same issue. Its all over Ford F150 Forum, Google etc. Why isnt my truck included? All Ford wants to do is replace all the modules and send me on my way for $1000

Summary

The vehicle's dashboard and 9.5" screen go blank while driving down the road. It is random at times and you have no idea how fast you are traveling, viewing screen, etc.. It just goes completely black. The Certified Toyota dealer says that there is a recall on the 12.5" screens blacking out randomly but not on the 9.5" screens so the vehicle does not qualify for the recall and Toyota is saying they don't have a fix for the vehicle. Have tried to contact higher level Toyota contacts (claims) and they have not been of any help. With the screen going completely black, an individual has no idea how fast they are driving, what service indicator lights might be on, no idea how much gas there is in the car. The entire dash and associated screen which also houses the back up camera are completely useless. It happens at random points in time while driving. This is a safety issue as one does not know speed of vehicle or any warning lights. Dash and screen are completely blank.

My 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL only now has 77,700 miles and got a blown head gasket!? This is so UNACCEPTABLE! Makes me regret ever purchasing! There is a ton more with same issue some with less miles and has been well maintained. Took to the dealer is who diagnosed and supposedly repaired due to a warranty that I am having to pay BIG money for! Alos, UNCALLED FOR! Took to dealer when Aux light first appeared but then eventually the engine light came on and I took to dealer and that's when diagnosed this! VERY VERY UPSETTING AS warranty should not have to cover not to mention, HOW DO YOU STOP FROM HAPPENING in ANOTHER 70000 or less miles? JEEP NEEDS TO BE RESPONSIBLE AND STEP UP BIG AND DO SOMETHING REGARDING THIS PROBLEM THAT IS THERE PROBLEM!
