Summary
The EHRS coolant system failed and had a leak causing the coolant to be excessively burned off as thick white smoke. This caused me to not be able to see anything behind me and forced others to stop or slow down dramatically to avoid colliding with me. I had my engine overheat and force me to pull over on the side of an unsafe road because the exhaust system burned off my entire tank of coolant in less than a mile. I have taken this to a Hyundai dealership and they confirmed it was the EHRS system failure and told me it was a fairly known issue with the 2020-2023 Sonata Hybrids. I was told that even if I get it replaced the possibility of having it happen again are pretty high. This seems extremely unsafe to myself and others.

Summary
I am writing to formally submit a safety complaint regarding my 2018 Porsche Macan. I have experienced a significant issue with the vehicle’s headlights, which I believe poses a serious safety risk. Description of the Issue: The headlights on my 2018 Porsche Macan have failed without any prior warning or indication. There were no dashboard alerts or error messages to notify me of a problem. The failure occurred suddenly while driving at night, resulting in a complete loss of forward illumination. This created a hazardous situation, as I was unable to see the road ahead and other drivers were unable to see my vehicle clearly. Safety Concerns: The headlight failure happened unexpectedly and without any warning. This issue significantly increases the risk of a crash, especially when driving at night or in low-visibility conditions. Upon inspection, I was told the entire headlight assembly would need to be replaced, which is costly and concerning for a relatively new vehicle. Request for Investigation: I am aware that other owners of the 2018 Porsche Macan have reported similar headlight failures. I urge NHTSA to investigate this matter, as it appears to be a widespread and potentially dangerous defect. Reliable headlight operation is essential for safe driving, and sudden failure without warning is unacceptable. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please let me know if you require any additional information or documentation.

Summary
My svc 4wd light came on in November of 2024. Took it to the dealer same month, they said my ptu failed and they couldn't do anything for it bc the parts were jot available. They weren't available on back order even. I paid for $130 dollars just to be told that they couldn't do anything. While at the dealer after they told me this news I went and talked to a salesmen, they told me they couldn't take the jeep in on trade bc they don't know when they could get the part so they would loose money with it sitting. Recall came out on this in January 2025 and it now is February of 2026..I'm still waiting. The car is unstable and is basically worthless and a death trap in rain and is worse in snow. I got offered a rental out of my own pocket. I'm still making payments on this and I can't even fix it. The cars going to kill me and then what. Nothing. I was told in November of 2025 that they were hoping to have this fixed by the end of the year. Well it's February and nothing, I think they are just lieing. People are going to get hurt or killed bc of the stability.

Summary
The contact owns a 2016 Ford Escape. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the instrument panel indicated that the engine was overheating. While driving at 35 MPH, the temperature gauge indicated that the engine was overheating. The contact pulled over to the side of the road, where the vehicle experienced complete engine failure. The vehicle was towed to a certified mechanic, who diagnosed the vehicle and determined that coolant was leaking into the engine because of a fault in the engine block. The engine needed to be replaced. The mechanic informed the contact that it was a known failure with the vehicle and referred the contact to the dealer for assistance. The vehicle was not repaired. The engine block failure was related to NHTSA Campaign Number: 26V011000 (Equipment); however, the VIN was not included. The manufacturer was informed through an online complaint of the failure; however, the contact was not able to speak with a representative. The failure mileage was approximately 110,000.

Summary
When activating the right turn signal the windshield washers and wipers will turn on. Washers, wipers, and the turn signal all turn off when the turn signal is deactivated. This can cause some unexpected visibility issues while turning. Also, when turning the headlights from "Auto" to the "Off" position the windshield wipers will turn on. The wipers will stay on until you Switch back to "Auto". These problems are repeatable. I plan to contact the Nissan Dealer to see how much a multifunction switch replacement would cost.

Summary
The component that appears to have malfunctioned is the front axle integral carrier (front subframe) and the related front suspension geometry, as the vehicle now exhibits a persistent pull to the left and degraded steering stability after the dealer replaced the front lower control arms, engine mounts, and performed alignments; this area of the vehicle is fully available for inspection upon request. My safety and the safety of others were put at risk because the vehicle requires constant steering correction to avoid drifting left, creating a danger of unintended lane departure and loss of control, which aligns with the steering‑related risks described in NHTSA Recall 21V990 / MBUSA 2022070009, where failure of the integral carrier can impair steering and increase crash risk. The problem has been reproduced by me on every drive, though the dealer stated they “did not find anything,” despite alignment printouts showing front camber imbalance and lack of caster correction. The vehicle has been inspected twice by the authorized Mercedes‑Benz dealer, but they did not inspect or address the front axle integral carrier even though the recall documentation shows that corrosion or structural issues in this part can affect steering performance and connection to other components. There were no warning lamps or dashboard alerts; the symptoms began immediately after the dealer’s suspension and mount repairs, and the steering pull and unstable handling have continued ever since.

Summary
The vehicle continues to unlock itself. The dealer has been able to reproduce the problem. First repair. They said it was because of a recall to do with the door handles, even though the recall didn’t state any of that cause they were able to reproduce the vehicle unlocking itself after the recall so they did a software update once I took the vehicle home was able to reproduce, and the issue of it unlocking itself continued. I returned the vehicle to the same dealer and which they had the vehicle for an additional 26 days with another software update and then they had to call in to the tech line where they had to replace the control module that still didn’t fix the issue then had to replace a key then they released the vehicle back to me as they exhausted all their options and the issue is still present unable to drive the vehicle due to security concerns
