Rear view camera is not functioning. The screen goes black or a message is show to contact dealership. No sensors work nor a view of what is behind me. There are times I almost hit people or other vehicles. There are recalls for other vehicles but not my vehicle. There was no inspection but dealership will not fix it. Summary
While driving the vehicle I received dash warnings of temperature rise. Pulled over and saw a large coolant leak coming from right side of engine compartment. Towed to dealership. Dealership informed me that coolant hose coming from heater core was routed by the manufacturer so that it rubbed on the frame. Dealer indicated problem persists on all vehicles and no given, other than replacing the hose and not remedy the problem. New hose will be in contact with frame again, causing inevitable where and breakage. Dealer did not cover under warranty nor did they offer solution for repair other than replacing those hose.

The contact owns a 2011 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that while driving approximately 3 MPH and turning left into a driveway, the steering wheel became extremely difficult to turn. The contact stopped, turned off and restarted the vehicle, and drove back to the residence. The contact had researched online and associated the failure with NHTSA Campaign Number: 15V340000 (Steering). An appointment was scheduled with a local dealer who diagnosed the vehicle and determined that the power steering assist had failed and needed to be replaced. The contact informed the service manager of the recall and was informed that the VIN was no longer covered under warranty, and that the vehicle was previously covered under Manufacturer Recall Number: 15N01. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 82,000.

The contact owns an Andersen Weight Distribution Hitch with Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) Number: 3381. The contact stated while hauling a 4,100 pounds horse trailer with the hitch and making a turn at approximately 1-3 MPH, the contact heard an abnormal clunking sound. Upon stopping and inspecting the hitch, the contact noticed that half of the metal on the lower side of the hitch had sheered opened in half. A dealer was notified of the failure and reported the failure to the manufacturer; however, the manufacturer denied selling the equipment as designed. The dealer informed the contact that the equipment was originally designed that way; however, the manufacturer had modified the design to prevent the failure from occurring. The equipment was not replaced.

Summary
The left handlebar (unusually large) horn button and turn signal switch are reversed compared to the standard positioning of these thumb switches (when compared to the majority of motorcycles). The horn button is above the turn signal switch. This causes confusion in operation of the motorcycle with the horn button being pressed rather than the turn signal being switched left or right creating dangerous delayed turn signal operation especially at intersections where the majority of motorcycle accidents occur. This is especially dangerous if you have ridden or ride other motorcycles where the switch positioning is correct. To my knowledge many Honda motorcycles are equipped as such, including dual sports such as my Honda CRF, along with many of their ADV’s. Motorcycle models include 150 cc sized engines that are small enough for youth to operate. The dealer just said that’s how they are made. American Honda has ignored any requests for an explanation or corrective action. Many riders complain including internet comments. Honda has made many motorcycles with this defect. I would estimate at least 1 million units over multiple years. My Honda CRF300L has been in production since model year 2021. Its predecessor was produced from 2013-2020. These are just the Dual Sport models with the above defect. The ADV (“Adventure”) motorcycles are spread over many different models and at larger volumes.
