Summary
When driving at normal speed, my truck completely shut down with no warning. The instrument panel went dark and the engine shut off. I do not believe I was able to steer, though I think the brakes allowed me to slow the vehicle to a stop. I was near an intersection, so I was lucky to not have been hit from the rear or run in to traffic in front of me. The vehicle was unresponsive and would not turn back on. I was stuck blocking 1 lane of traffic for an hour because the vehicle could not be steered or taken out of gear to push it to the side of the road. I inspected the battery connection and nothing seemed out of place or degraded while trying to get the car out of the road. Highway Patrol also looked, but only was able to offer a tow truck as a solution. My truck has been at the dealer service for almost 2 days awaiting inspection at this point so I have no additional information on what caused this dangerous situation. There had been no indication prior, the truck had started and run normally and all scheduled services had been carried out by the dealer up to this point.

I was driving to work at 5am on Friday, and my back window blew out for no reason. Sounded like a gun shot. Knocked me right off the road. Noone was near me and nothing hit it. The power window box looks burnt, but when I took it to the dealer, they said no without even going out to look at it, but from looking at all of the complaints there have been multiple complaints with this. Please help me with this situation, I have the premium package warranty, but it doesn't cover it. I keep getting SHIFT SYS FAULT error. My car will not move out of P (park). I towed my car to repair shop on 2/11/2026 - 02/13/2026 the mechanic told me he replaced the bushing kit and the gear dial. Less than a week later on 02/26/2026 I got the same error and was able to drive my car to Village Ford Dealership (my car is still there) I was told on Monday that the technicians thought they fixed the issue but the same thing happen and now they are unable to get the car out of P (park) and that the technicians would have contact FORD HOTLINE because the repairs are not working. The issue was once recalled on older Ford fusions but according to google 2020 fusions have reported the same issue.

I’ve had the vehicle two months and it has the black screen of death. Although there is a massive recall due to this my car is not on the recall list. Why is Toyota allowed to continue selling vehicles that they have known to have this issue since 2023? The car is not safe to drive at all. I didn’t spend 40k for a paper weight. Unacceptable they’ve been allowed to continue to sell vehicles with this defect for years and giving no disclosure about the issue when purchasing the vehicle.

My Nissan rouge 2025 accelerated on its own when I was parking my vehicle at my pet boarding place . On January 24, 2026, my wife was driving the vehicle we purchased in May 2025 from Ziegler GMC in Lincolnwood, Illinois. While traveling on the highway in WI the vehicle suddenly lost power without warning. She was traveling with our [XXX] son at the time and was able to safely maneuver the vehicle off the highway onto an exit ramp. Despite multiple attempts, the vehicle would not restart. She contacted me and arranged for a tow. We waited approximately four hours for roadside assistance before the vehicle was towed to the nearest GMC dealership, located roughly one mile from where the breakdown occurred. Several days later, the dealership completed diagnostics and informed us that the engine required full replacement. At that time, no replacement vehicle was provided. Approximately one week later, we were finally issued a loaner vehicle. As of today, the vehicle has remained in the shop continuously since January 24. On February 23, we were informed that the necessary parts had only just arrived. There is still no estimated completion date for the repair.
