Summary
This vehicle was sold as new when this vehicle had a defective Turbo Underboost issue from a ECM Issue previously prior to the 2022 Trailblazer being sold to us. This vehicle has a shift to park issue which sticks when you try to Park the vehicle. Next This vehicle has had 4 prior incidents of attempted repair of this Turbo Underboost and a failure to pass emissions which lead to the engine and transmission failure of this vehicle. I have waited since July 6, 2025 of this vehicle being in the shop no rental no loaner. Now no replacement vehicle. For more than nine months and a General Motors open claim since 07/06/2025! GM is hiding the truth about Recalls and Road Hazards not listed to vehicle like this 2021 Trailblazer and other GM vehicles that GM refuses to replace and cannot repair or cover the additional financial hardship placed on unwitting consumer as they sell defective vehicle wholesale or as new vehicles through Chevrolet Dealership across this goble. We must STOP this from happening. GM is not even honoring the Government Guidelines forcing victims to hire counsel to buy time and prevent massive Recalls like ours.

Summary
We own a 2016 Jeep Cherokee and have been experiencing ongoing issues with the transmission and acceleration. The vehicle will sometimes hesitate or lag when pressing the gas pedal. There are situations where you try to accelerate and the vehicle does not respond right away. This has created safety concerns while driving. There have been multiple instances where the vehicle did not move as expected when attempting to pull into traffic or accelerate from lower speeds. When you press the accelerator, you expect the vehicle to go, but instead there is a delay or lack of power. This has nearly resulted in accidents due to oncoming traffic. The problem happens most often at normal city / street speeds, especially when accelerating from a stop or at low speeds. The vehicle feels like it struggles to shift or deliver power. We have also noticed hesitation at higher speeds, but the main issue is during everyday driving. No crash has occurred, but the hesitation and inconsistent response make the vehicle feel unsafe and unreliable.

Summary
Integrated Charging Control Unit (ICCU) failed while driving. Heard a pop from below the rear seats. "Check vehicle electrical system" message popped up initially, then changed to "Stop vehicle and check power supply" Vehicle could not exceed 20mph directly after failure, then lost all driving power just as I pulled the vehicle off the road. If I hadn't found a place to pull over in time, the car would have stopped in the middle of the road putting my safety and the safety of others at risk. Dealer inspected and took over a month to replace ICCU and 12v battery.

Summary
I am reporting a safety-related issue involving a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit 5.7 HEMI. Within days of purchase, the vehicle experienced transmission slipping and delayed shifting, as well as braking issues. These conditions affected drivability and raised safety concerns during normal operation. An independent mechanic found burnt transmission fluid, indicating that the transmission condition likely existed prior to purchase. Although a fluid change provided limited, temporary improvement, delayed shifting continues to occur. Because the transmission behavior and braking issues can affect the safe operation of the vehicle, I am submitting this report so the issue can be documented and evaluated for potential safety trends. This report is being submitted for safety tracking purposes.

Summary
We were notified by Toyota that it was unsafe to transport our children in the second row seats in November 2025 and the vehicle was under a recall. This puts our children at risk. A letter from NHTSA stated Toyota would have a remedy by 12/6. The manufacturer (Toyota) confirmed this recall. Given that Toyota has not indicated a solution date for this and the problem was discovered in October 2025 I believe the manufacturer has failed or is unable to remedy this safety recall for our vehicle in a timely manner and would like to officially log a complaint with NHTSA."

Summary
While driving 55mph my vehicle suddenly lost power, causing traffic behind me to blow their horn, then pass me. Thank god the people behind me didnt crash into me. I drove straight to Mechanics. This happened in mid October 2025. I was told its the e torque generator that needed replaced. My mechanic has ordered it several times just for it to refund him due to being out of stock. I have been in contact with ram over this issue since October. One supervisor even said my part was being expedited to mechanic, just to be told by my mechanic no one has reached out to them. This is now February 2026 and I still have no eta on part. Supervisors are not taking my calls nor returning them. Ram needs held responsible. I am still making monthly payments on a vehicle that I can not drive. It almost seems like a fraud situation with over 3,000 people waiting on a single part with no etas.

Summary
1 The vehicle’s dashboard upper trim panel (leather covering and stitching) has failed. The leather is lifting and separating from the dashboard surface, and the stitching is coming undone. The vehicle is available for inspection upon request. 2. The lifting and peeling leather creates a safety concern. The leather separation is present at all times and continues to lift from the dashboard. The condition becomes significantly worse during hot and humid weather, as the material expands further. This can obstruct the driver’s forward or peripheral vision, including blind spots, reducing the ability to clearly see passengers, other vehicles, or road hazards. Additionally, if the material continues to detach, loose sections could interfere with steering wheel components or dashboard controls, creating a distraction or potentially affecting safe vehicle operation. 3. Yes, the issue has been inspected and confirmed by a dealer. The dealer acknowledged the dashboard leather separation and stitching failure. Similar issues have also been reported in other vehicles of the same make and model. 4. The issue has been inspected and confirmed by an authorized dealer. It has not been inspected by police or insurance representatives. The manufacturer has not directly inspected the vehicle at this time. 5. There were no warning lamps or dashboard messages prior to this issue. The first symptom was visible lifting of the leather and loosening of the stitching on the dashboard. The condition has progressively worsened over time and becomes more pronounced during hot and humid weather, although the separation is present regardless of weather conditions.

Summary
1. The engine starter motor (specifically the pinion starter) has failed, and the auxiliary battery is also showing reduced capacity (only a portion of its 660 cold cranking amps). The vehicle is currently at a service center where the technician has diagnosed these issues. The components should be available for inspection upon request, as they have not yet been replaced. 2. The failure of the starter motor and battery primarily affects the vehicle's ability to start. While this could potentially strand you in an unsafe location, the information provided does not indicate any specific safety incident or risk that occurred during operation. No direct safety hazard has been reported. 3. Yes, a technician has diagnosed the problem and confirmed a fault code in the drivetrain related to the failed starter motor. The technician also identified the auxiliary battery's reduced output. This confirmation comes from a service center, which could be a dealer or independent shop. 4. The only inspection mentioned is by the technician at the service center. There is no indication that the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives, or others have inspected the vehicle or components. 5. Yes. Prior to the failure, when starting the car in the early morning, a "drive train service" message appeared on the display, advising you to visit a service center as soon as possible. This warning was the first symptom of the problem before the starter ultimately failed and the battery drained. This aligns with the technician's diagnosis of a drivetrain fault code related to the starter motor.
