Summary
Since purchasing the vehicle on February 4, 2026 this has happened twice, where I press the brake pedal to try to stop the vehicle and the engine accelerates and it's hard to keep vehicle stopped. When this happened for the first time I was leaving my subdivision and try to stop at a stop sign and vehicle accelerated while I was trying to stop. It took me by surprise, so I pressed the park gear to stop the vehicle. Then it happened again yesterday 2/22/2026. I called the dealer today 2/23/2026 to report the issue, they won't have a loaner until 3/06/2026. I did informed them, that if this happened again before then, I was taking the vehicle directly to them, as I'm no taking the chance to have an accident while waiting for a loaner and have the vehicle checked.

The airbag was stolen from my 2025 Honda Accord SE without breaking the window. The door lock was broken easily and the airbag removed quickly. This is a serious safety and security concern. A person can steal a critical safety component without major damage. I am financially stressed because the vehicle is financed and I depend on it for work. I am concerned about the vehicle’s design security and safety.

Summary
The 6.2 L engine on my 2017 Cadillac Escalade failed at around 97,000 miles. I took it to Heritage Cadillac dealership for a diagnostic check and had it repaired. The engine had a broken engine rod and lifters damage to the engine. I had the engine repaired at the dealership but a few weeks later I heard rattling noise coming from the engine. I took it back and told I would need a another engine due to complete engine failure. Prior to my engine failure around 55,000 miles, I reported to the same dealership service department that I noticed the engine would give me a rough idle occasionally and burn more gas whenever it happened. I was told it was nothing they could do because the check engine light wasn't on.

Summary
As I was on my home on 2/20/26, I encountered some issues. I made a right turn onto the highway and my vehicle did a little drift but made this weird sound and the front end shook. There were no warning lights or dings that came across the dash. I pulled over into the closest parking lot to see if I could notice anything. I couldn't because I only had the light from a parking lot lamp. So decided to try and make it home which was another 15 minutes away. As I got back on the road and pressed the accelerator, I could here ticking sounds coming from the rear of the vehicle. When I approached the next traffic light and pressed the brakes, the front end shook, making the steering wheel shake, and the rear end drifted left. I made another left and pressed the accelerator. I got up to around 40 phone. The vehicle started pulling to the left and then stabilizing. I turned to my suspension articulation screen. As I was driving and the vehicle still scaring me to the point of a heart-a-stroke, I could see the axles trying to maintain contact with the road. At the same time giving me the feel of a loose steering wheel and a bad suspension. The vehicle continued to shift and shake and feel loose. When you turn into my neighborhood and before my house, there are two deep curves and a lake. I went into the first curve fine until the end of it. (At this time the lake is on my passenger side). As I was coming out of it, the steering wheel feels like its hard to turn or locked. I have to turn left into the second curve. The vehicle would not turn and the rear end felt like it was drifting right. At the edge of the road there is a slight downhill and the lake about 50 ft or so. Luckily, I was able to make the turn before going of the side of the road. Once I made it through the curve, the vehicle did do some shaking, loose steering, shaking, and back end motion until I parked in the yard. Its been parked since then. Thank you for your patience and attention to this matter.

My 2018 Ford F-150 has experienced delayed engagement, harsh/erratic gear shifting in low to moderate speeds, extreme hesitation resulting in loss of power in the 10R80 transmission. I took my truck to a Ford dealership for a diagnosis. The service technician immediately stated a new transmission was needed at 71,000 miles. I have maintained regular service and have all service records. The dealer installed a new transmission for $10, 458.67. Truck also has a moldy smell in the cabin after it rains. Service technician said this is a common issue and to spray Lysol and turn the heater on to kill the mold and to evaporate any standing water in the evaporation system.

Summary
Driving down the road, and suddenly driver side of rear windshield exploded. GM has publicly acknowledged faulty circuit/glass in prior (expired) campaign in US (N192265660) and apparently there is a full recall in Canada for this problem, 2014-2018 Silverado 1500 with power sliding rear windshield. Chevrolet/GM told me they would not offer any assistance in repair. Repair cost is $948 at local glass shop. Will upload receipt after repair. Of course, this could have caused a major incident on the highway, from losing control of vehicle, heart attack, ,glass could go flying...However, my dog and I maintained our cool and there were no injuries. No one has inspected this. The glass will be replaced in two days. Dealership wasn't interested in helping. There were no warning lamps at all. I bought vehicle in 2021, after N192265660 "expired", and thusly had no knowledge of nor opportunity to fix the issue, as GM never notified me of it.
