Summary
I have recieved the notice from the manufacturer as expected. I have been notified by my local dealership of the recall. I have attempted several times since notification to have it corrected. I have been told on every occasion the parts were not available. Yet, a bit of searching on Ford's own parts website, I can order the part and have it delivered by Feb 26. At every service visit, the dealership has kindly reminded me of the needed recalls. I question, no parts? Is ford just thinking I will get tired and just stop. No parts in stock should mean, NONE in Ford's entire inventory. The part in question is only used on Ford Flex. No other models use this device. The reserved devices cannot be "for new car builds". I believe we are on the edge of a "BAD FAITH" arguement. An issued "Safety Recall" should not mean "Suggested when you have time Recall.

Summary
The open recall repair (NHTSA 23V-858) has not been completed. Additionally, there is a separate open recall, NHTSA Recall Number 25E-071 (Manufacturer Recall MMZ), involving 18-inch Honda Genuine Accessory wheels with improperly installed lug seat inserts. Both recalls remain unresolved. Beginning in approximately 2024, the vehicle exhibited intermittent jerking and stalling during acceleration, along with loss of smooth power delivery. No warning lamps were illuminated prior to failure. The vehicle was inspected in July 2025 after Wilkes-Barre Honda declined to provide assistance, and it passed inspection at that time. In October 2025, the engine failed to start, and the vehicle became fully non-operational. The insurance carrier was notified in October 2025 that the vehicle had become inoperable. The vehicle has not been inspected by the manufacturer, law enforcement, or the insurance company. It is currently available for inspection but is not safely drivable. Loss of power while driving presents a risk of collision. Multiple attempts were made to schedule an appointment with Wilkes-Barre Honda regarding the outstanding recall; however, no response was received. The manufacturer was also contacted on several occasions, but no meaningful assistance was provided. Despite repeated requests, the dealership has not conducted a formal inspection or confirmed the cause of the failure. The vehicle has remained inoperable for several months. Under these circumstances, asking me to arrange towing is not reasonable, as delays in addressing recalls have created additional practical barriers to accessing necessary transportation and resources. *Note: I've included a phone number for this complaint but do not have one. Additionally, lack of vehicle access due to unresolved recalls had already created practical barriers in obtaining one.

Summary
I was in an accident and the seatbelt pretensioners activated but my airbags did not deploy. When i got my vehicle inspected the shop noticed my airbag system needed to be replaced saying the airbag diagnostic module, right & left front air bag impact sensors needed to be replaced. The impact of my vehicle was very minor and could not have damaged the airbag diagnostic module internally. I do believe this was a preexisting issue and it has just now been noticed when my car had to be thoroughly inspected.

Summary
I have the Foundation Cyberbeast, the model which has an OEM light bar on windshield. While driving on 2-22-2026 at approximately 3:30 pm on the 5 freeway near Santa Ana, the appx 4 ft long light bar flew off and ricocheted violently on vehicle, while still attached by the power cord. This damaged many parts of my vehicle, specifically the glass roof, front windshield, and various body components which were shattered or scratched. I cut my hands. Your database says there are 0 open recalls and that is a lie by Tesla, because they sent me a notice months ago saying they are awaiting mechanical attachment methods. So they know they need to change the attachment method from epoxy to mechanical, but are falsely reporting to the government that they already did so.

Summary
2024 Honda Prologue Elite AWD experiences severe drivetrain shudder, banging, and lurching when turning at or near full steering lock at low speeds (e.g., parking lots, U-turns, three-point turns). Severity increases significantly in cold ambient temperatures (below approximately 32°F). The front axle feels as though it is binding and releasing repeatedly, causing the entire vehicle to lurch violently. The condition is present from cold start and does not fully resolve even after the drivetrain warms up after several minutes of driving. The vehicle has been to an authorized Honda dealer three times in approximately one month for this same condition, all under warranty, between approximately 7,660–7,675 miles: Visit 1: Dealer verified failed outer CV joint on left front half shaft. Left front half shaft assembly replaced. Visit 2: Right front half shaft outer CV joint diagnosed as failing. Right front half shaft assembly replaced. Visit 3: Binding and lurching returned in both directions. Both left and right front half shaft assemblies replaced again. Vehicle held approximately two weeks waiting for parts. In total, four front half shaft assemblies have been replaced across three warranty repairs using the same GM part number. The condition returned immediately upon picking up the vehicle after the third repair. While severity is somewhat reduced, the shudder, binding, and lurching during turning persists. This is not a minor clicking noise as some owners have reported — the vehicle lurches and bangs enough to affect steering control. During a test drive, the foreman acknowledged this was clearly a safety issue. The violent lurching during low-speed turns reduces driver control and steering predictability in parking lots, intersections, and residential areas where pedestrians are present. The abrupt jolting could cause a driver to instinctively brake or overcorrect. No warning lamps or DTCs were present during any failure. Symptoms are purely mechanical.
