Summary
My 2019 Ford F-150 (2.7L EcoBoost) is subject to Emission Recall 24E12, which addresses a defective PCM calibration that Ford acknowledges "could, over time, reduce the effectiveness of the emissions control system and the monitoring accuracy of the catalytic converter's efficiency." COMPONENT: Catalytic converter system and powertrain control module (PCM). Vehicle is available for inspection at Rich Ford in Albuquerque, NM, where it has been serviced for this issue. TIMELINE: Prior to the 24E12 recall repair, my truck had intermittent P0420/P0430 codes (catalyst efficiency below threshold). The check engine light would illuminate and then clear on its own. I brought the vehicle to Rich Ford for the 24E12 PCM reprogram. Within approximately one month of the recall repair, the same catalytic converter codes returned, except now the condition is constant and no longer clears. This timeline is documented in my FordPass app and the dealer's service records. SAFETY RISK: The constant check engine light prevents the vehicle from passing Bernalillo County emissions testing, which is required for registration in Albuquerque, NM. I am unable to legally register my vehicle due to a condition caused by a manufacturer-acknowledged defect. DEALER CONFIRMATION: Rich Ford diagnosed the recurring P0420/P0430 codes. They initially attempted to charge me $300+ for extended diagnostics. They are now consulting with Ford about whether a catalytic converter replacement will be covered under the recall. PRIOR SYMPTOMS: The intermittent check engine light with P0420/P0430 codes existed before the recall repair but was not constant. The recall repair worsened the condition from intermittent to persistent. PATTERN: Ford's recall documentation states the MIL "may illuminate even though a catalytic converter repair may not be necessary," yet numerous owners report being quoted $1,900-$2,100+ for cat replacement at their own expense after the 24E12 reprogram. Ford corporate confirmed the $300

Summary
In late December (2025) we noticed that our Honda CR-V was starting up rough each day. One day, we found that all of the warnings were being cycled through on the dashboard (TPMS, Check Engine, ABS, etc.) We took it into a local mechanic on December 29th, but when we dropped it off, the problem was not presenting. They performed routine maintenance (~105,000 miles), and did not notice any obvious problems with the engine. They told us to bring it back if the problem returned. We noticed the engine problem getting worse over time, and on February 7th, the warning lights came on again and did not go off. We took the car to the mechanic on February 11th where it was diagnosed as a head gasket failure. On February 14th we took it to a Honda Service Center for a second opinion where they confirmed the head gasket failure. Both places told us the cost to repair it would be at least $6000, which Honda giving us a quote of $7570 with tax. The car is currently with Honda being repaired. We were told that driving the car in these conditions was not safe. The fluid in the engine cylinders could cause the engine to lock up and cause a dangerous driving condition. We have also been told that a head gasket failure at only 100,000 miles is not normal, and this is from a documented design flaw. We feel that Honda should take responsibility for this flaw and cover the cost of repairs.

Summary
the car has a major water leak causing excessive water around the sunroof and back rear windows. it’s causing the vehicle to fog up which causes a impairment for seeing outside and what’s around. over night the vehicle windows freeze up and become extremely wet and get into electrical components. the sensors stop working and no longer activate until the car “drys” up. this takes several days. previously the car had to be taken to the shop. the hybrid battery is still having problems and is draining most of the gas out. this vehicle is a extreme safety hazard to the excessive fog. the defroster does not help with anything. i have taken it to the shop 2 times & requested a buy back from honda corporation which was denied.

Summary
Hello! I have had my 2019 RAM 1500 for 5 years now. I have called RamCare many times trying to get my problems resolved and they just keep saying my truck is not under the recalls. Both problems I have are exactly what the recalls are AND my manufacturing date on my truck shows that they SHOULD be covered, but for some reason the recall isnt attached to my truck VIN. 1: Cracked back window sliding frame. It is cracked in the EXACT spots thst show on the recall and my back window let's water leak in. 2: Tailgate opens on its own from being misaligned. Both have recall bulletins out that my truck 100% falls under, but for some reason, the recalls aren't attached to my VIN. I have called the dealer a few different times trying to get this resolved and they have still be unable to get them done. The dealership service managers have even told.me that my truck should DEFINITELY be under the two recalls and they dont understand why they aren't. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars the last couple years getting all kinds of things fixed on my truck AND I actually just dropped my truck off this evening to get new manifolds installed tomorrow! This is the SECOND time that I have had to get this done because the Mopar manifolds are junk and keep cracking! I just don't understand why RamCare can't just attached my VIN to the recalls so I can get them fixed like they should. The dealrrship even said they should! I have had Chrysler/Mopar vehicles for almost 20 years now!!! I have always been a very loyal customer. I just don't understand. I don't think it is fair at all.

Vehicle Make: TOYOTA
Vehicle Model: HIGHLANDER
Model Year: 2020
Summary
At approximately 120,000 miles, the vehicle began exhibiting a pronounced shudder or vibration between 40–50 mph under light acceleration or steady cruising. The condition progressed to delayed shifting and intermittent loss of acceleration response. The most concerning issue is hesitation and reduced acceleration when attempting to merge into traffic or increase speed. On multiple occasions, the vehicle failed to respond promptly to throttle input, creating a potential safety hazard due to loss of propulsion. The vehicle was evaluated at two authorized Toyota dealerships. Both indicated that the condition is consistent with torque converter or transmission failure. Full transmission replacement was recommended at an estimated cost of approximately $9,000. No whining or grinding noises are present; symptoms primarily involve shuddering and hesitation. The vehicle has not been driven since October 21, 2025, due to safety concerns and to prevent further damage. The vehicle has been regularly maintained at Toyota dealerships and has not been used for towing. This complaint concerns loss of acceleration, transmission shudder, and potential premature failure of the 8-speed automatic transmission.
