Summary
I have experienced three total brake failures in my 2025 Ford Bronco. During the most recent incident on 2-18-2026 the brake pedal traveled completely to the floorboard, requiring extreme force and multiple pumps to stop the vehicle. This appears to be the exact failure described in Ford Recall 25S77 (NHTSA Campaign 25V488) regarding the Electronic Brake Booster (EBB) module. The vehicle was presented to Suntrup Ford twice previously for this issue, but the defect was not corrected. I am reporting a life-threatening safety failure. After February 18th 2026 brake failure I had bronco towed to Suntrup Ford in Kirkwood Missouri and that's where it will stay. I am too frightened to drive it again.

Summary
Car was driving, stopped at a stoplight, never moved again. 3 lights came on, Check Engine, Check Oil (Which had been serviced previously by a month and a half), and Check Battery. Bob Sight Kia has stated Engine issues associated with the rods failing and the starter not functioning due the the manifold, I am uncertain to the technical terms. It was late at night, the area only semi lit up and I had to wait for a tow in unsafe conditions as I was stuck in a turn lane. Prior to the failure, no issues. This is my only means of transport as a waitress, I had recently moved into this area and plan to move again at the end of year, so my car is much needed. From the theft issues of this car to the mechanical issues over the last year, I can honestly say I will not be buying a Kia again. What I need to know now is has the threshold been met by the standards you have set through complaints by consumers like myself and the manufacturer information that a recall or a means of financially assisting this situation exist yet? The repairs quoted are literally almost half of what I owe on the car left and I do not know what to do, but am hoping to hear from you.

Summary
The vehicle is subject to Safety Recall N252494001 (NHTSA Campaign 25V-274) due to manufacturing defects in the engine crankshaft and connecting rod bearings. • Component/System Failed: The 6.2L V8 (L87) engine crankshaft and connecting rod assembly. The engine is available for inspection upon request. • Safety Risk: The defect can cause catastrophic engine damage and sudden loss of propulsion while driving, significantly increasing the risk of a crash. • Dealer/Manufacturer Confirmation: The problem was confirmed via the issuance of Safety Recall N252494001. A dealership inspection was performed previously as part of the recall. • Warning Signs/Symptoms: Common symptoms include engine knocking, check engine lights, and hesitation before sudden failure. The Issue with the Remedy: Federal law (49 U.S.C. § 30120) requires manufacturers to remedy safety defects "without charge". As a permanent safety remedy for this defect, GM has mandated a switch from 0W-20 to 0W-40 (dexosR) oil for the life of the engine to prevent bearing failure. However, the dealership and manufacturer are refusing to provide this mandated safety spec change without an ongoing $85 surcharge per oil change. While they performed the initial "inspection" oil change for free, they are now using the recall-mandated spec change to create a financial burden on the consumer. Because 0W-40 is now the mandatory factory requirement to prevent the safety defect, charging a premium for it constitutes a failure to provide the recall remedy "without charge." General Motors refuses to offset this cost, effectively penalizing the owner for a manufacturer safety defect. The dealership is also failing to honor my Platinum Wrap warranty and GM Prepaid service contract to perform the continued oil changes without additional charges.

Summary
On January 23, while driving, the vehicle suddenly shut down and stopped working without warning. I attempted to restart the vehicle several times, but it would not start. Smoke was coming from the engine area, and the vehicle was completely disabled on the road. I was stranded on the roadside until approximately 11:30 PM, waiting for a tow truck to arrive. The vehicle had to be towed and taken to the dealership. The dealership later confirmed that the engine wiring harness had burned and failed. The failed component is currently at the dealership and is available for inspection. This sudden shutdown created a serious safety risk to me and other drivers due to loss of power while driving. The issue was not caused by misuse or modifications. The vehicle has since been inspected by the dealership and a manufacturer (Chrysler) representative.

Summary
My transmission failed at around 69,000 miles. This was confirmed by the dealership. I bought my vehicle from and was covered under warranty. I purchased my vehicle in 2019 from a Dodge dealership and it came with a 10 year hundred thousand mile warranty for the powertrain. The tech indicated that the torque converter failed sending metal fragments through the transmission, coolant lines and transmission cooler. There were no warning indicators only hard shifting clunking when shifting and shuttering at different speeds.
