Summary
Steering damper has failed with 45,000 miles on vehilce and causing a dangerous shake on the highway affectionately konw as the "death wobble" among jeep owners. This was recalled in eariler models of my vehicle (2018-2021 4XE) but is occruing the same in my 20234XE. This part should have not worn out already and is causing a dangerous situation.

Summary
Transmission shifting is erratic at the best times and likes to randomly downshift from 10th gear to 1st gear and having to take drastic action to avoid a serious rear end collision in heavy traffic as many others who've reported the same issues. Ford is VERY aware of this issue but will not address it for most of the owners. The issue is well enough known Ford has had issued many TSBs but limited the action to a handful only with the most recent being TSB 22-2428. They have publicly stated the problems with the 10R80 Valve body and CDF clutch assembly, corrected it, but will not make it right with the thousands of owners. I contacted my dealer, who forwarded me to Ford corporate. I was informed that Ford WILL NOT do anything about it, and I was advised by the Ford CSR to make a complaint here. Will the US government hold Ford accountable; probably not unfortunately as looking through the endless history of reports here shows this is probably a wasted attempt. I have tried to upload PDFs of documentation, but the system WILL NOT accept them.

Summary
I was driving home from work in rush hour so traffic was pretty heavy and all of the sudden my gas pedal would not accelerate my car at all. I was cruising at 8-10 MPH as it was stop and go traffic. About 10 seconds later my break pedal stiffens and I am unable to break. Neither the gas or break pedal were functioning. It is a miracle that no accident was caused. I turned on my hazards lights but I was in the middle lane so I was unable to pull over (as I could not accelerate or break). I put my car in neutral but that did not help anything. I ended up having to put my car in park and turn the car completely off and back on before the pedals would function again. I got my car towed after the situation as I was terrified to drive in case it happened again. The dealership told me since no lights or codes came up they can’t find anything wrong. They gave me my car back but I do not feel safe driving the vehicle.

Summary
My 2015 BMW 328i has a broken "plastic" parking brake cable bracket. It breaks so often on the BMW lineup of cars that businesses have made better work-arounds to fix the problem than a plastic part. A fantastic video explain it can be found at AGATools.com search BMW parking brake. It is on Youtube as well. When the plastic parking cable holder breaks, which it will, BMW has to lower or remove the gas tank to fix a $5 part...the labor is over $800. The parking brake cable becomes loose and wears on the drive shaft, making noise throughout the cabin, but more importantly will wear and fail over time.
