Summary

I am a [XXX] woman who purchased my first vehicle on December 6, 2024, with 43,000 miles. I have driven fewer than 20,000 miles since purchase, and the vehicle currently has approximately 62,000 miles. Until January 19, 2026, I experienced no issues. I have properly maintained the vehicle and followed all recommended service guidelines. I completed three oil changes during my ownership, averaging approximately every 8,500 miles. Two oil changes were performed by a licensed mechanic, and the most recent oil change and inspection were completed on November 29, 2025 at Legend Infiniti. I have receipts for all services. On January 19, 2026, while driving approximately 65 mph on a four-lane highway in Long Island, the vehicle suddenly went into limp mode and dropped to about 10 mph without warning. This created an extremely dangerous situation with a serious risk of collision. I first brought the vehicle to my mechanic, who advised me to take it to an authorized Infiniti dealership due to an engine bearing recall associated with my VIN. I brought it to the same Infiniti dealership that had serviced it two months earlier. After diagnosis, the dealership stated there was engine sludge and that I needed a new engine. They denied any connection to the recall and attributed the issue to poor maintenance. However, two months prior they completed an oil change and inspection with no documentation of sludge, engine concerns, or maintenance deficiencies. I was not informed of any recall at that time. My warranty claim was denied on the basis that sludge is not covered and that maintenance performed outside Infiniti could not be validated, despite providing receipts from licensed facilities. I am also being told there are record-access issues because the vehicle was originally sold in Canada. Given the sudden loss of power at highway speed and the known recall related to engine components, I believe this presents a significant safety concern and warrants investigation. Summary

I was driving my car when it powered down and had an unrecoverable loss of propulsion. It's a miracle I didn't crash and kill myself or anyone else on the road. This aligns with NHTSA Recall Number 25V-766. Jeep dealer identified the issue is failed transfer case assembly, then had to replace transfer case motor, then updated the software for the electric battery, but that software update is an ineffective remedy for the recall. I'm afraid to drive car because it might spontaneously catch fire or power down while driving again, which is terrifying because you lose all steering control. My car has been at the Jeep Dealer in Lynnfield, Massachusetts since January 7, 2026. The Jeep dealer said they couldn't buy my Jeep from me because they can't certify it's safety due to open recall. I can't park car in my parking garage or anywhere in Boston per recall notice. Bought Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X 4xe brand new 1/20/24 for $76,500 and have $25,000 of equity/payments in it, but it has a note of $52,500 outstanding and due to recall issues the car is only worth maybe $32,500 but should be worth at least $60,000. I want manufacturer to buy my car back from me because it's under warranty and they can't fix the battery in a way that makes it safe to drive or even park near anything.

Summary

The brakes went almost completely out- having to push the pedal all the way to the floor. All ABS and braking lights illuminated in the dash. There is limited stopping power. The car has become undriveable, even after replacing the HCU and abs system. The dealership has been unable to reprogram the brakes. This exact issue falls under recall 19s54, but Ford claims my problem does not meet the requirements- despite my vehicle having been assembled at the same facility (Hermosilla) and within the same date range as the recalled vehicles. I have receipts and documents to show all attempts at fixing the issue.

Summary

The SUV has 46,000 miles on it. Recently, the check engine light illuminated, prompting me to take it to the dealership for servicing. The diagnostic codes retrieved were U0285 and U1345. I was informed that the aero shutter required replacement. There was no physical damage; it merely ceased functioning. The dealership confirmed the active check engine light and conducted a diagnosis. While my safety was not immediately compromised, I felt extremely frustrated upon learning that GM would not cover the repair under warranty, despite this being a recognized issue that GM has yet to address. This situation is simply unacceptable and warrants further investigation and resolution.

Summary

I was entering a highway when my vehicle lost the ability to accelerate. Complete loss of acceleration, audible and visual notifications on my dashboard that were difficult to read as I was dealing with a dangerous situation. I was fortunate that there was a pull out immediately ahead and no traffic that allowed me to quickly get to safety. Had I been further up the highway or on a freeway, my life and that of drivers around me would have been in imminent danger as this was sudden and unexpected. After I pulled out, my vehicle dashboard contained a message that read: Stop vehicle and check power supply. My vehicle's app presents two "Attention Needed" notifications: 1) CHASSIS DTC C160C87 and 2) CHASSIS DTC P1A9096. My vehicle is only 2 years old and had all recommended recalls and maintenance checked prior to this event.
